At Brooke Bags, we want you to love your purchase. If your tote arrives damaged or if you need to return it for any reason, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items that arrive damaged may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Unused items in new condition may be considered for a return and refund upon approval.

Return Process:

Customers must contact us at brooke@brooke-bags.com to initiate a return.

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise determined.

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.
